He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Katie Yoder, Jonas, Alma Bontrager, Enos, Ida Schrock and Ervin Eash.
He is survived by: his siblings, Amanda, Aaron and Austin; his grandparents, Floyd, Betty Schrock, Sam of Haven and Faye Bontrager of Haven; his great-grandparents, Lester Yoder of Garnett, KS and Alice Eash; and also, Dean Miller, Ashley, Angel and Audrey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Children's Mercy Hospital of Kansas City, in care of Ott Funeral Home, Haven.
