He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Rowell and Catherine Liberty Rowell; his brothers, Dennis and Kerry Rowell; and his father-in-law Jack Crumb.
He is survived by: his wife Mindy; his children, Rachel (Lee), Jacklyn Miller (Alex) and Scott; and his parents-in-law, Mary Crumb and Lynn Rash. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
