He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Bernie" Blevins and Virginia Blevins (Gysin); his former wife Julee Edwards; his wife LaDonna Sutter; his sister Sandy McRae; and his grandparents, Leland and Armilda "Millie" Gysin.
He is survived by: his grandson Cooper; his daughters, Carrie Lofton of Olathe, KS, Brandee Flowers (Tim) of Overland Park, KS and Amanda Jacobsen (Curt) of Hiawatha, KS; his grandchildren, Taylor Jacobsen, Jace Grubb, Triston Lofton, Lillian Lofton, Haven Reber and Harper Flowers; and his siblings, Janet Cyphers (Jim), Curt Blevins (Joan) and Cathy Clark (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Brad Blevins Memorial Fund to be designated later, left in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St., 66434.
