She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Alfred and Dorothy Marie Herzet (Kelly). She is survived by: her husband Jess "Jay" LeMay of Potwin; her children, Chris LeMay of Wichita, Melissa LeMay of Potwin and Connie LeMay of Aurora, Colorado; and her siblings, Kelly Herzet of Potwin and Marcia Weilert (Kenny) of Wichita. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
