He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Bell and Leoda Bell; and his siblings, Bert "Sonny" Bell and Marcell Vest. He is survived by: his spouses, Shirley Naydeen Butts August and Barbara Ann Long; his sons, Jim Bell (Liz) of Chapman, Jeff Bell (Echo) of Quenemo and Harold Bell (Lucinda) of Ottawa; and his siblings, Joe Bell (Loretta) of Paola and Carrie Smith (Ben) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
