She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Calvin "K. C." and Jencie Betty Williamson (Newman); her spouse Thomas Leo Cook; her daughter Tammy Renee Overturf; and her brothers, Warren Cloyd Williamson and Raymond Lester Williamson of Charles Owen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marcia Ruth Baxley and Eudine Robb; her children, Thomas Ray Cook (Rebecca "Becky"), Linda Diann Berry, Teresa Lynn Sweigart (Phillip), Cynthia Leila Rogers and Delilah Laureen "Lori" Payton (Richard); and her siblings, Kenneth Calvin "Calvin" Williamson, Jr. and Yvonne Keeny. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
