He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Pennington and Williamena Pennington; his children, Joe, Lester Dale, Robert D. Pennington, Phyllis A. and Elizabeth Ann Pennington; and his daughter-in-law Angie Pennington. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
