He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Perkins and Guyla Brown Perkins; his sister Dorothy Ruggles; his grandson Timothy; and his great grandchild Darius.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sponseller Stout; and his children, James Perkins, Joseph Perkins, Timothy Perkins, Debora David, Denise East, Gary Stout, Randy Stout, Kim Stout and Tammy Johnson.
