He is survived by: his wife Sandi Cox; his mother-in-law Joan Cox; his sons, Chad Carpenter (Tonya), Chase Carpenter (Tara) and Chane Carpenter; his stepdaughter Jane Orr; his sisters, Joyce Hazelbaker (Mike) and Carol Wortman; his grandchildren, Jyllian, Ryker, Bradley, Kadence, Kanyon, Jordan Orr and London Orr-Thompson; his great grandchild Halle Baker; and his sisters-in-law, Shelli Schoenhals and Sherri Coffman-Neal (Mike).
