He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Gene and Myrle Dean Purdy (Neal); his wife Laura Lynn Maki; and his brother Weslie Mincks. He is survived by: his daughter Felicia Mincks; his siblings, Rob Purdy (Bekki), Jimmy Mincks (Lisa), Deanie Mincks (Debbie), Dale Mincks (Kathy), Charles Mincks (Melissa), Vonda Geeding (Pete), Shonna Padgett (Joe), Rita Struble (Mike), Carol Huff and Donna Jones (Ronnie); and his brother-in-law Danny Looney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
