He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Turnbull and Betty Turnbull (Dunbar); his aunt Diane Dunbar; his brother Steve Turnbull; and his nephew Matt Turnbull.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Mowdy; his children, Laci Waterman (Brian) of Asbury, MO and Greg Mowdy (Jennifer) of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Hannah Gray, Hailey Gray, Luke Larmer, Nora Waterman, Heather Mowdy, Noah Mowdy, Hillary Mowdy and Meghan Scrader; his great grandchild Liam Scrader; his brothers, Mark Turnbull (Sherry) of Pittsburg, KS, Mike Turnbull (Bobbie) of Pittsburg, KS and Randy Turnbull (Tammy) of Pittsburg, KS; and his sister-in-law Pat Turnbull of Aurora, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
