He is survived by: his former wife Roberta Mitchell; his wife Alpha McMillin; his daughters, Gayle Lamb (Jack) and Vicki DeCuyper (John); his stepchildren, Jeff Siebert (Renee), Craig Siebert (Tiffany) and Sherri Siebert; his grandchildren, Matt Lamb, Erin Ramsey, Kate Ben and Reed DeCuyper; and his stepgrandchildren, Blake, Kyler Siebert, Kris Painter, Jene Shields and Amber Brown.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to Meals on Wheels in Pittsburg, KS.
