She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Milam and Minnie Marie Milam (Marcum); her husband John Hoffman; her stepfather Tom Jensen; her siblings, Clifford Milam, Jensen, Claudine Fritch, Lydia Lynn and Jane Jennings; her great grandchild Lacey Penn; and her grandson Jacob Rhea.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul Butler; her children, Richard Butler (Cheryl), Wayne Butler (Dana), Patricia Chester and Pamela Thiel; her grandchildren, Stanley Butler (Sonya), Treva Mondry, John Butler (Misty), Michael Butler, Sharon Cater (Jim), Travis Butler (Mary-Ann), Lindsay Kirkaldie (Chip), Jack Rhea (Amy) and Sam Butler; and her sisters, Frances Lawrence, Bonnie Miller (Jerry) and Bessie Hartshorn. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren.
