He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Kelsey and Vona Kelsey; his wife Theresa Kelsey; his siblings, Glenn Kelsey, Thomas Kelsey and Ralph Kelsey; his daughter-in-law Patty Kelsey; and his grandson Ben Kelsey.

He is survived by: his children, Lynn Leishman, Dave Kelsey, Ronda Chance, Mike Kelsey, John Kelsey and Chris Kelsey. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church or Lakemary Center.
