He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Durham and Florence Durham (Forney); his wife Barbara Jeffery; and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Kemplay (Chris) of Paola; his grandsons, James Kemplay of Gardner and Steven Kemplay (Tamara) of Paola; and his great grandchildren, Barrett Kemplay, June Kemplay and Elsie Kemplay.
