He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harley Christopherson and Laura Tiarks; his father-in-law William Niesz (Bill); his former spouse Wetona Beatty; his son Bill Niesz; his wife Rhoda McCoy; his brother Gerald Behrens; his children, Terry Niesz, Kenneth (Bill) and Tammy Butler (Bill) of Osawatomie, KS; and his grandsons, Riley Niesz (Michaela), Logan Niesz, Billy Butler Jr. (Jamie) and Caleb Butler. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
