She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Holtz and Katherine Elizabeth Gerken Holtz; her husband Alvin Koopman; her daughter Dianne; and her siblings, Homer Holtz, Orval Holtz and Ila Mae.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Koopman and Gay Stubbs (Harry); and her sister-in-law Geraldine Holtz. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
