She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Smith and Ruth Smith (Ferrell); her daughter Karla Marie Alpert; her husband Jack Alpert; and her siblings, Raymond Smith and Connie Smith.
She is survived by: her grandson Kameron Alpert-Munir; and her siblings, Theresa Ewen and Neil Smith.
