He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rumans and Dorothy Rumans (Owens); and his brother William Rumans. He is survived by: his wife Francia; his children, Jennifer McCoach (Kevin) of Harker Heights, Jessica Miley (Josh) of Beagle, Julie Rumans (Brock Masterson) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Jeffrey Rumans (Amanda) of Marrieta, California; and his siblings, Sheryl Balentine (Randy) of Kansas City, MO and Roger Rumans (Marcia) of Grandview, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other relatives and friends.
