It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Floreen Chitwood of Paola, Kansas, born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Addison Dunlap McCune and Angie Bernice Titus McCune. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Chitwood; her son William Glenn; her sister Phyllis of Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Carol and Deb.

Memorials may be made to the Antioch Baptist Church Building Fund in care of the funeral home.
