He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kramer and Elma Kramer (Pickens). He is survived by: his wife Violet Kramer (Bazan); and his children, Sherry Bowers of Ottawa, KS, Terry Eugene Kramer of Monrovia, CA, Gerald LeRoy Kramer of Ottawa, KS, Larry Dean Kramer of Grass Valley, CA and Steve Leland Kramer of Winfield, KS. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
