She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi G. Mealman and Lennie Bell Mealman (Henderson); her husband Kenneth Eugene Chapman; her son Stephen L. Chapman; her siblings, Robert Mealman, Kenneth Mealman, Sr., Arcile "Pat" Donaldson and Wanda Altic; and her grandsons, Christopher Sheldon and Eric Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Kenny" Chapman of Ottawa, Claudia Seaton (Gene) of Ottawa, Gloria Newman (Jim) of Evergreen, Sheryl Stephenson (Dana) of Ottawa, Toni Schmidt (A. J.) of Ottawa and Kirt Chapman of Ottawa; and her daughter-in-law Carol Chapman. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
