She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Griffin and Jessie Griffin (Gibson); her husband Mosie Cox; her children, Jim Cox and Lena Mitchell; her siblings, Jack Griffin, Mabel Holland, Pearl and Rose; her granddaughter Pam Kirkland; and her great grandchild Kendra.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Houston (John) of Ottawa, KS and Kay McCurdy (Jim) of Ottawa, KS; her niece Dixie Taylor (Oscar) of Ottawa, KS; and her sister Lucille Haynes of Kansas City, MO.
