He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carnes and Fern Carnes (Salmon); and his brother Rick Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Janis Carnes; his sons, Bill Carnes (Kelly) of Olathe, KS and Ron Carnes of Olathe, KS; and his grandsons, Jackson and Max Carnes of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
