She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Wickham (Bud) and Carmie Wickham; her husband Alvin S. Johnson; her sister Glennis Bunker; and her granddaughter Tiffany Johnson.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Cindy Johnson; her children, Douglas, Terri Johnson (Colorado), Jeannie, Roger Lavers (Kansas), Dallas and Rebecca Johnson (Missouri); her grandchildren, Travis, Vickie Johnson, Kirsten Lavers, Meghan, Dan Tracy, Caitlin, Evan Acuff, A. J., Gage and Quincy Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Kyler, Kohen Johnson and Case Tracy.
Memorial donations to Decatur County Hospital in her name, in lieu of flowers.
