He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Rader. He is survived by: his wife LoKiel; his children, Jim Lewellyn (Kathy) of Oklahoma City, OK and Debbie Rader; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Pat and Cassie; his daughter Pam Lewellyn; his grandchild Danen of Tonkawa, OK; his daughter Terri Ahles (Mike); and his grandsons, Weston, Drew and Nicholas of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Bud.
