He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Muirhead and Jennie Muirhead (Jennings); his sister Joyce Christensen; and his wife Helen Muirhead (Heilman). He is survived by: his daughters, Mignon Barry (Todd) of Wellfleet, MA, Tamala Schulze of Lexington, KY, Michelle Zodrow of Grapevine, TX and Teffani Zadeh of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Therefore, the daughters would appreciate donations to the Good Samaritan Center in lieu of flowers.
