She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Roberts and Ruby Mae Roberts (Anderson); her daughter Teresa Lorraine Wolters; and her husband Gus Wolters. She is survived by: her children, Timothy, Tim Wolters (Barbara) of Ludell, KS and Rebekah Peña (Fernando); her grandchildren, Lacy Wolters (Sergio Ramirez), April Dunker (Jordan), Ashley Taylor (Tracy), Levi Wolters, Ian Peña and Ella Peña; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Kamryn Taylor, Reece, Grayson, Josselyn Dunker, Maria and Isabela Ramirez; and her brother Jack Roberts (Donna) of Longmont, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Elsie was a active member of the Kansas authors Club, Project HOPE Foundation, Lutheran Church and president of local Diabetes Under Control organization.
