With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Patsy Palmer (Newton, Kansas), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 27, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Harlow and Laura Harlow (Hamilton); her son Phillip Schmidt; and her siblings, Jean Sebree, Clifford and Jim Harlow.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Graevs, Lavonne Ratcliff and Gloria Taylor (Ben); and her siblings, Russell Harlow, Ann Theiring and Billie Lou Popp. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
