He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Rose (C. R.) and Martha Duerksen (Funk); his wife Doris Joan Swanson; his siblings, Roland, Mildor, Willis, Elfrieda, Irma and Louetta; his grandson Jeremy Stucky; and his great grandchild Maxwell Ulrich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Tilson (Terry), Darla Stucky (Tim) and Lori Harder (Randy); and his brother Gerald Duerksen (Mary Jo). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Berean Academy or Newton Bible Church and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
