With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Olson (Newton, Kansas), born in Lindsborg, Kansas, who passed away on November 9, 2022 at the age of 102. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gertrude Olson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Byrn and Jack Byrn; her son Charles; and her husband Erwin Olson. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Covert (Tom) of Nathrop, CO and Kent Olson (Cornelia Krahn) of Boulder, CO; her grandchildren, Brian Covert (Nenita), Jill Koshiol, Katherine Olson (Jason Rogers) and Andrew Olson (Emily Hedges); and her great grandchildren, Jack and Eleanor Rogers.
