It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva M Andres (Newton, Kansas), born in Buhler, Kansas, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Sawatzky and Eva M. Sawatzky (Willems); her husband Harold K. Andres; and her siblings, Robert Sawatzky and Mary Ann Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Unruh (Daryl), Marsha Schmidt (Rodney), Chris Unruh (Paul) and Mark Andres (Andrea). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to MCC or First Mennonite Church and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
