She is survived by: her husband Arthur Hetzke; her daughters, Nancy Hetzke, Nanette Knight, Amy Macomber (Jerry) and Sally Orth (Robert, Jr); and her grandchildren, Brian, Mark, Sean Macomber and Gabrielle Orth.
