She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Moore Tolly. She is survived by: her father Johnny W. Tolly (Marcia); her grandmother Bonnie Tolly; her sons, Thomas Barry III and William Casey Winter (Ed Owen); and her siblings, Johnny E. Tolly, Jimmy Tolly (April), Michael Tolly, Jamie Curtis (Danny) and Melissa Frisinger (Paul). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
The family suggest contributions to the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the funeral home to P.O. Box 304.
