She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hoover and Dorothy Hoover (Harris). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Keltner and Lance Keltner (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Emery, Judah and Aubry; and her sisters, Beverly Kernohan (Bob), Marilyn Walter (Mike) and Jacque Ediger (Jeff). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to World Venture or a Christian Charity of your choice, both in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
