He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gilbert and Melda Fern Skeen (Anderson); and his brother-in-law Dan Norton. He is survived by: his children, Cameron Skeen (Erica McLean) and Mackenzie Olmstead (Adam); his sister Ramola Norton; his niece Jennifer Norton; and his nephew Will Norton (Tiffany). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Minneola Booster Club or the Minneola Fire Department both in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
