Leona L. Fabrizius Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona L. Fabrizius of Minneapolis, Kansas, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Sommerfeld and Louise Sommerfeld (Hebbe); her husband Herman; her siblings, Otto, Arthur and Alice Herwald; her daughter Mich Fiske; her daughter-in-law Lauri Fabrizius; her granddaughter Amy Cleveland; and her great grandchild Sydney.
She is survived by: her children, Don Fabrizius (Wendy), Kathy Nash (Marty), Steve Fabrizius and Mike Fabrizius (Tami); and her son-in-law Kenny Fiske. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Ottawa County Health Center or the M.H.S. Alumni Scholarship Fund for granddaughter Amy Cleveland's Accounting Scholarship and may be left in care of the funeral home.
