He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Lucille Baldwin (Wilhite) and Harland Scott Baldwin; his wife Margaret Baldwin (Bechtel) of Brookside; his sister Joan (Baldwin); and his siblings-in-law, Stuart Sandberg, Bob, Beth Lauchlan (Bechtel), Earl and Rosalie Hormberg (Bechtel).

He is survived by: his grandson Mark Baldwin; his children, Jonathan, Angela Baldwin (Dunn), Vanessa (Isaiah Rivera), Zoë, Simone, Gabrielle, James, Carol Baldwin, Craig Blocksome, Daniel, Rebecca, Patricia, David, Norma Baldwin (Rhoades), Caroline (Al Newton), Brittney (Ray Orellano), Charis and Roy Baldwin Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Cailey, Kierce Jones, Georgia, Rosalie, Athena Orellano and Rhea Rivera. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
