He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary L. Penny; his children, Angela Schinze (Larry), Sandy Foley (Greg), Mary Theresa Penny and Tony Penny; and his siblings, Juanice Burton, LaDene Swatsworth, Ron and Don Penny. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
