It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Douglas Green of Merriam, Kansas, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Vance Green and Nadine Etta Green (Klempnauer); and his brother Fred Green. He is survived by: his former wife Susanna Stacia Chant; his wife Sue; his children, Sarah Brown (Robert) of Newcastle, CA, Matthew Green (Brittany) of Lee's Summit, MO and Nathan Green (Jessica) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Sam Brown, Ben Brown, Claire Brown, Jack Brown, Beckham Green and Alyssa Green; and his brothers, Kenneth Green (Cyndi) of Shawnee, KS and Steve Green (Carol) of Merriam, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City in care of the funeral home.
