She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Shellenberger and Ina Evelyn Freeman Shellenberger; her stepmother Goldie Shellenberger; her husband Emil E. Scherer; and her sisters, Delores Sessions and Lucille Winnop.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Greg Scherer (Ginger) of Bakersfield, CA., Robert E Scherer (Gloria) of Miami, Florida, Debra Newton (Ed) of Sawyer and Bertha M Tuttle (Ron) of Haviland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great grand children; and 1 great great grandchild.
