He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ervin and Marla Eileen Bugbee (Pendergraft). He is survived by: his wife Teri Ann Neighbors; his sons, Josh Bugbee (Kimberlie) of Manhattan and Jay Bugbee (Ashley) of Goddard, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ila and Tripp; his sisters, Linda Burton (Pat) of Windsor and Karen Ambrust (John) of Manhattan, Kansas; and his brother-in-law Don Neighbors (Raelene) of Orlando, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
