Kathryn McLain Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn McLain (Medicine Lodge, Kansas), who passed away on August 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elzie Robert and Kathryn McKee McSpadden (Welton); her children, Virginia, Kathryn, Franklin and Elizabeth; her friend Nell; her former spouse Melanie Beck of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Tara McLain, Rachel Elliott (Stephen), Olivia Crow (Seth) and David Max McLain (Amber); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Sophia, Alyvia, Emma Elliott, Ruby, Ezekiel, Cyrus, Revere Crow and Remington McLain; her friend Imogene; her sister Elizabeth Liston; her son Thomas McLain; and her husband Max.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be given to the Lincoln Library, in Medicine Lodge, where she spent many happy hours.
