He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Rausch and Rose Leis. He is survived by: his parents, Herb Leis and Sandra Leis (Rausch) of Medicine Lodge, KS.; his siblings, Alexandria Racy (Richard) of Wichita, KS and Kyler Leis (Jessie) of Cheney, KS; his nieces, Emberlyn, Everly and Ellasyn; and his grandparents, Carolyn Rausch of Attica, KS and Lester Leis of Cheney, KS.

Memorials may be made to Herb or Sandra Leis (for a memorial to be determined at a later date).
