She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlo Plegge of Home, KS and Inez Plegge of Oketo, KS.. She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, Natasha Rhodes Goodrich of St. Thomas, U. S and Nicholas Rhodes of St. Thomas, U. S; her siblings, Linda Schmitz (Butch) and Doug Plegge (Janet); and her grandchildren, Devon and Essence Goodrich of Manhattan, KS. She is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and many dear friends.
A memorial has been established for the newly constructed Bark Park, located at 8th and Jackson St., in Marysville.
