He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert III and Sandra Plante (Keyes); his grandparents, Albert and Doris Plante; and his brother Phillip.

He is survived by: his children, Jonas, Ben and Ava Plante of Blue Rapids, KS; and his aunts, Phyllis Plante of Providence, RI and Claudia Klingensmith of Danielson, CT. He is also survived by stepmother, Louise Plante, Georgia; two sisters.
