He is survived by: his children, Richard Ogden (Mary Ellen) of Liberty, William Earl Ogden of Zeandale and Linda Gottschalk (Bob) of Benicia, California; and his grandchildren, Richard Ogden Jr., Mary Lea Hawthorne, William J. Ogden, Joshua Ogden, Michelle Blevins, Tyler Gottschalk, Kristin King, Nancy Ragan, Kathy Hallam and Julie Ogden.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Zeandale Community Church in Manhattan.
