She is survived by: her husband Richard of Manhattan; her sons, Jeffrey Pavelka (Tonya Roberts) of Manhattan, KS and Anthony Pavelka of Manhattan, KS; her siblings, Wendy Ann Smith of Jackson, TN, Teresa Kay Zimmer of Anchorage, Alaska, Frederick Stephen Lindberg of Thousand Oaks, CA, Christopher Allen Lindberg (Mary) of Seattle and Todd Andrew Linberg (Latoya) of Chicago; and her grandson Arthur.
