She is survived by: her parents, Tina Jones (Stewart) of Michigan and Larry Sawyer; her husband Harley David Blair; and her children, Mya Oros of Michigan, Hayden Oros of Michigan, Harley Blair, Jr. of Manhattan and Kane Blair of Manhattan.
