She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Reed and Bertha Caroline Graves (Popejoy); her husband Paul D. Lewis; her sons, Warren Reed "Tyker" Lewis and Kerry Foster Lewis; and her siblings, Evelyn Reese and William "Bill" Graves.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Burd of Manhattan, Julia Warner (Jeff) of Strong City, KS and Frances Lucas (Bruce) of Heath, OH; and her sister Alice Persyn of Leavenworth, KS..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Accord Hospice or Homestead Assisted Living.
